Now Hiring: Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Amesbury, MA — Serving MA, Southern NH, and Southern ME
Job Type: Full-time | Salary based on experience
Construction Solutions, Inc. is a growing general contractor based in Amesbury, MA, specializing in excavation, site work, commercial construction, residential builds, septic systems, and vacuum truck services.
We’re seeking a motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join our team and take a lead role in managing and pricing projects across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids for public and private sector projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and site plans
- Perform quantity take-offs and scope reviews
- Solicit and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Work closely with accounting department for job costing and accounts payable
- Oversee job sites, coordinate with field crews and subs, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Manage change orders, scheduling, and client communication
- Conduct preconstruction walkthroughs and attend project meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and local codes
- Work closely with company owners to help grow our presence in MA, NH, and ME
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in construction estimating and/or project management
- Knowledge of site development, excavation, utilities, foundations, framing, and commercial or residential building
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with estimating software, Excel, QuickBooks Online and construction scheduling tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus

Now Hiring: Construction Laborer
Location: Amesbury, MA — Serving MA, Southern NH, and Southern ME
Job Type: Full-time | Hourly | Experienced preferred, not required
Construction Solutions, Inc. is a growing general contractor based in Amesbury, MA. We specialize in excavation, site work, residential & commercial construction, septic systems, and vacuum truck services.
We’re looking for a hardworking Construction Laborer to join our field crew. If you’re reliable, motivated, and ready to learn, we’ll train the right candidate. CDL holders and experienced operators are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation, grading, and utility trenching
- Utility pipe assembly
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Operate hand tools and small equipment
- Help set up and clean job sites
- Support crew leaders and equipment operators
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions
- Drive company trucks and haul materials (if licensed)
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Amesbury
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors in all weather
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
- CDL, hoisting license, or OSHA 10 a plus (but not required)
