Construction included a parking lot accommodating up to 125 vehicles, site remediation due to mercury salt, grading, storm water treatment, drainage, lighting, curbing,paving, an underground 3 phase electrical service over 400ft long, new water service, new sewer service, new dock system, and reinforcement of the existing sea wall.
