CSI removed over 100,000 (sq. ft.)of paving, a bank kiosk, and a Papa Ginos to make way for a new building pad. The new building pad consisted of a new domestic water system, fire protection system, sewer, drainage, retaining wall along route 1a, landscaping, a parking lot, lighting, curbing, sidewalks, paving, and a primary electric system.
