Mill Building Conversion – Newton Ma

Design / Build renovation of 120,000 SF four story mill building into multi-tenanted space. Building uses included light manufacturing, professional offices and retail. Work completed within occupied portions of the building. Work included: interior demolition; all new mechanicals and electrical; all new exterior glazing; two new exterior handicap ramps; all new ADA restrooms; installation of a freight and passenger elevator; installation of a Class 10000 clean room and exterior site work to include underground drainage work, granite curbing, new sidewalks and roadway paving.
